What is CCW Australia & New Zealand?

CCW Australia & NZ is a customer contact event which began in Las Vegas in 1999. It is here we focus on the best of the best customer contact transformation strategies


How will my delegate experience work?

Attendees will go to the event venue and be greeted by CCW staff on Day 1 of our main conference at our registration desk where you will briefed on the Covid-Safe protocols and provided with your delegate badge. From there we will be hosting the sessions in the main conference room and facilitating Covid-safe networking with your fellow attendees. You will also have access to the CCW Mobile App to enable you to interact with all attendees, ask questions to speakers as well as participate in event polls and competitions!


Is CCW COVID-Safe?

Yes it is. We are working very closely with our venue partner to ensure all protocols and measures are followed onsite. Please see our covid-safe guide here. You’ll also receive an information pack upon payment that will explain the covid-safe protocols from the venue.


How do I download the CCW Mobile App?

Once registered we’ll be sending you full access and login details to the app so you can start networking with other attendees a few weeks before the event


How can I register?

You can register online with your company details and credit card. We accept all forms of card payments.


When will I receive my conference materials and links?

You can download the event agenda or view it on the Agenda tab. Upon registration and payment you will also receive your full attendee information guide, which will include full details on the venue.
